Returns and Exchanges Information
Hassle free returns within 30 days. Contact us for a return confirmation number and send your item to our returns department for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund right away. Refund is issued minus shipping cost and return shipping is paid for by the customer. 20% restocking fee will apply for items that are opened, damaged, or sent without original packaging. No return will be accepted if the item is not returned in its original resalable condition. We will provide the return label and deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.
