We use USPS and UPS as our shipping methods for all U.S. orders. All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Most orders are shipped the next business day while 2 business days can be for larger orders or for orders placed during periods of higher than normal order volume. In order for Express shipments to be processed and sent out the same day, orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Returns and Exchanges Information

Once you send the item to our returns department, we will inspect it to ensure it is in resalable condition. Refund is issued minus shipping cost and return shipping is paid for by the customer. 20% restocking fee will apply for items that are opened, damaged, or sent without original packaging. No return will be accepted if the item is not returned in its original resalable condition. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If shipment tracking says "Delivered", your order is non-refundable if the package is lost or stolen. We will provide the return label and deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.
